An Evening with Emmet Cahill
Tuesday, March 3rd at 7:00pm Lead singer of the Irish male quartet, Celtic Thunder, Emmet Cahill and his accompanist, Seamus Brett, make their Louisiana debut and close the 2025-2026 St. James Concert Series season. Mr. Cahill will perform Irish favorites, Broadway show tunes and inspirational gems in the warm acoustic of St. James Church. Thanks to a grant from The McCormick-Smith Fund, Inc., this concert is free admission and there will be a reception in the parish hall. Stations of the Cross
Each Friday during Lent, the Stations of the Cross are offered in the Church at 12:15pm. Join us as we "walk" the stations, pausing at each to prayerfully reflect on the Passion of Jesus Christ. Messy Church - Palmettos in Pineville
Come along with Messy Church for a sweet and meaningful afternoon together! We're heading to a favorite local watering hole - Palmettos Shave Ice - where we can enjoy a cool treat while hearing the wonderful story of Jesus' encounter with the Samaritan woman at Jacob's well.
